In the wonderful world of McDonald's, we team up across the country in patches referred to as "Business Units", aka, BU's. The McDonald's Big Mo Business Unit is made up of 28 Owner/Operators across Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Oklahoma.

Why are we in a "BU"? Great question! We love coming together as local business owner franchisees to collaborate in areas of community, celebrating our people, Ronald McDonald House Charities and of course, our delicious food!

As a BU, we meet often to align on what our guests want most at McDonald's and we strive as a group, to be better every day.
