Andi is a second-generation operator and began her journey with McDonald’s at a very young age. In 1980, her parents, Larry and Norma Hilburn, became an approved franchisee and opened the first McDonald’s in a 100-mile radius in West Plains, Missouri. While the Hilburn's were operating the burger business in town, Andi attended school in West Plains and had many tasks to help the family business. Her list was long but the most memorable included counting ketchup packets when they would do inventory or standing on a milk crate to hand out orders in the drive-thru. 

Andi is a graduate of Drury University in Springfield, Missouri, decided that after college, she wanted to try other career opportunities. But with twists and turns along the way it led her back to her roots at McDonald’s. She began to write her own story in 2010 by purchasing her first McDonald’s restaurant from her mother, Norma. Her first restaurant was special as it is where the family business began, her hometown of West Plains, Missouri.

In 2022, Andi became the largest female McDonald's Owner/Operator after acquiring 14 additional McDonald's restaurants. Today, she is the Owner/Operator of 28 McDonald's restaurants across Southeast Arkansas and Northeast Missouri. 

Andi alongside her husband Marc, enjoy supporting their community and being involved as much as possible with education, fine arts and athletics. They love new experiences, traveling and spending quality time at all of the beautiful lakes across Missouri and Arkansas.
