Daphne is a nurse practitioner, mother of four, and community advocate, calling the Ozarks home for 28 years. Professionally, she has served her community in the field of nursing for Cox Health System for 15 years. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Cox College and went on to work as a nurse practitioner for trauma, general and bariatric surgery.
Daphne is committed to community engagement and improvement through volunteerism and currently serves as VP of Community Impact for the Board of Directors of Junior League of Springfield and a member of the Grants Committee of Women in Need of the Ozarks.
In 2021, she began the process of being part of the franchising program at McDonald’s. Today, Daphne owns and operates two McDonald's restaurants within the Big Mo BU.
